1. The Ministry of Economic Affairs amended the \u201cStandards for Identifying Small and Medium-sized Enterprises\u201d, as from June 26, 2020, the small and medium-sized enterprises which have completed company registration or business registration in accordance with relevant laws, and whose paid-in capital is less than NT$100 million, or regular employees are fewer than 200 people, the enterprises may apply for reduction of the patent annuity with Intellectual Property Office.<\/p>\n
2. According to the said Standards, Intellectual Property Office has revised the relevant application forms on July 21, 2020.
